It is where our own groups rehearse, but it is not just for us: it is rented by the hour or by the day, with or without an engineer. Albums, promo videos, tour rehearsals and sessions for projects with nowhere else to go have all happened here.
If you need the room empty and bring your own gear, fine. If you would rather we record and mix it, that works too.
