Who owns this site and how to get in touch.

The texts, photographs, recordings, logos and other material on this site belong to Atlantic Jazz Lab or to their authors and may not be reproduced without permission. For press use, write to us and we will send the material with its credits.

We try to keep everything published — dates, times, prices — correct, but it can change. What counts is the information on each ticket’s sales page at the moment of purchase.

Privacy

What data we keep, what for and for how long.

Who processes your data Atlantic Jazz Lab AIE, at the contact details above. Write to info@atlanticjazzlab.org about anything to do with your data.

What we collect and why If you join the mailing list: first name, surname and email, so we can write to you about concerts and activities. The basis is your consent, which we store with its date. If you buy a ticket, the purchase data is handled by the ticketing platform; if you buy in the shop, by the shop. If you book the studio, by the booking calendar.

Who we share them with Only with the providers needed to make this work: the newsletter platform, the ticketing platform, the shop and the booking system. Each processes the data on our behalf and under its own privacy notice. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.

How long Newsletter data while you stay subscribed; when you unsubscribe we delete it, except the minimum record proving you once gave consent. Purchase data, for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict it, object to processing or take it with you. An email to info@atlanticjazzlab.org is enough. Every newsletter also carries its unsubscribe link. If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

What is stored in your browser when you come here.

This site uses the bare minimum: technical cookies so the pages work and to remember whether you have seen the newsletter notice, and visit measurement to know what gets read and what doesn’t. If you accept measurement and advertising cookies, we also use those of the platforms that let us show concerts to people who live nearby.

You can change your mind whenever you like from the cookie notice, or delete them in your browser.

Terms
of sale

Tickets, shop and studio bookings.

Tickets The purchase happens on the ticketing platform and you receive the ticket by email. If a concert is cancelled we refund in full. If it is postponed, the ticket is valid for the new date and, if you cannot come, we refund it. As this is a dated performance, there is no right of withdrawal once bought.

Shop Prices include tax; shipping is calculated at checkout according to destination. You have fourteen calendar days from receiving the order to return it without explanation, as long as it comes back in its original condition. Digital music downloads, being immediate content, fall outside that period.

Studio booking The booking is confirmed by email. You can change or cancel it on the booking platform itself, using the link in that email, or by writing to info@atlanticjazzlab.org. Changing the date or the time costs nothing. If the holding fee has already been charged and you decide to cancel, that amount is not refunded. If it is us who cannot make it, we refund everything or find you another date, whichever you prefer.
