The small print that matters

Some season-ticket concerts are sold by the venue’s own box office, not by us. We hold seats for you and get them to you: you don’t have to ask or keep an eye out.

Three weeks before, we write: your seat is held.

You confirm with one click before the date we give you. If you can’t come, you release it and we pass it on.

We email you the ticket. The venue’s own, with its seat number.

Secure payment and your holder code by email the same day.

You hold your seat
That code gets you into the season-ticket concerts and applies your discount to the rest.

We keep you posted
About every concert, every change and the renewal. You don’t have to remember a thing.
Before you decide
What if I can’t make one?Tell us and we release the seat. No refund, but you can pass it to whoever you like.
Can I choose my seat?Yes, in order of purchase in the main hall. There are no numbered seats at the club or at Muxacho.
Are concerts added later?Yes. If a new one joins the season ticket during the season, it is included at no extra cost.
How long can I buy it?Until the season’s second concert, or until they run out. Numbers are limited by the seats we hold.
